What to Expect During a Reiki Session
During a Reiki session, I channel Divine Love/Universal Life Energy in order to activate the innate healing intelligence already present within you. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
People report feeling deeply supported, relaxed, cared for, more balanced and connected with a peaceful loving energy. My practice is changing to an online platform as I am embarking on a year long travel sabbatical. My travels will be aboard a boat equipped with starlink internet. During a Reiki treatment this healing energy is shared through Reiki techniques. Recipients of Reiki increase the opportunity to accelerate their body’s natural innate and internal healing response.

I'm often asked several questions from people curious about energy work and distance Reiki healing sessions. What is it? How does it work? What do I need to do?
Reiki is both a universal energy as well as an energy healing technique known to provide relaxation, peace, openness and clarity. Using techniques developed over 100 years ago in Japan, we tap into universal energy that exists beyond distance where everything is connected. Your energy field, chakras, mind and body receive this nourishing and balancing energy.
An initial appointment includes a deeper explanation of Reiki and energy healing. I love getting to know you and your intentions so we chat and align prior to giving you Reiki We explore a crystal chakra reading and oracle cards followed by a 30 minute Reiki treatment. The remaining time is for wrap up including Q&A and to share any downloads received.
All you need to do during your session is get comfortable, relax and open to healing energies being sent to you!

Distance Reiki Healing with Oracle Cards
Continue your Reiki healing with distance/remote Reiki sessions. As with your initial appointment, you choose where you would like to be for your Reiki session. You can receive Reiki at your home, outdoors, while traveling and vacationing or your favorite quiet place.
Your session includes time for us to connect and check in with you and your intentions. We consult with crystals and oracle cards for insight into areas to focus on during your Reiki healing. This is followed by a 30 minute Reiki treatment and time afterwards for Q&A and to share any downloads received.
All you need to do during your session is get comfortable, relax and open to healing energies being sent to you!
